- New Malden Diagnostic Centre rehab exercises
- Recline bike for half an hour or so working up from effort level 16 to 25 in three minute segments. The Covenant of Water on Audible. Started about 12 minutes into chapter and finished chapter 50, which is the beginning of a new part though I have forgotten the number.
