Ow!

2 sets of 25kg MRCq's; hurt my forearm in the second, so I did abs ......
3x10 incline sit ups
3x10 Captain's Chairs
3x 10 each side 25kg rotary torso machine
2x15 bosu ball sit ups
1 minute feet on ball shoulders on ground plank
30 secs each foot, one foot on ball shoulders on ground plank
10 reps left and right, side crunches on apparatus


muesli
chicken and salad
prawn and chorizo jambalaya with brown rice
banana
no booze
