Weekender

Friday was a short recline cycle day
Saturday was X-trainer ( 30 minutes interval hills level 12 ) followed by recline curls and skull crushers
Sunday was a day of rest ( and recouperation )

Food and booze was done to extreme excess !!

Good week for me this week - I vow not to have a swig unless absolutely necessary !!
