constant activity barbell in hand all the time
1 minute rest.
That is to say the Randy Couture barbell workout but as I upped the weight from last time I just didn't feel strong enough to press behind my neck and just did squats instead of squat push presses.
Breakfast: cheese on toast
dinner: chicken, pea and egg stir fried rice
booze: a watching rugby of Stella
weight: 85.6kg
