3 x 10 20kg upright row
3x 10 40 kg(?) ez bar preacher curl
3 x 10 30kg cable pullovers
3 x 10 12kg (l/r) dumbell curls
3 x 10 12 kg (l/r) tricep extensions


messed around with kettlebell windmills and combined chin-up knee raise things


leg stretches
60 sec Benny squat (getting up is the problem)
