Who ate all the Pie ?

2500 m Concept 2 - resistance arm to max (10) - Time 10.53.9
I found that absolutely exhausting !!

After that I did about 20 minutes of toying with weights - Part RC's with absolutely no lunges. Some 20 Kg dumbbell clean and presses - one arm at a time. A few concentration curls and an abject failure to do even one pull up which, quite frankly, made me look pathetic but I didn't care a jot !

I was going to try another skip later - but events overtook me !

Protein milkshake and multivitamin
Protein milkshake and Fresh fruit
Hot Dog
Steak pie and beans.
