I am getting enthused about my food and booze intake at the moment and doing some research on line prior to some experimentation.
Promax, Nutrimix, fish oil, multivitamins and fibre mix are all purchased. A scourge and a purge is on the way !!

In 1978 NUTRIMIX was the first company in Britain to launch a biological silage additive.
