breakfast: tortilla made from 2 eggs, 2 back bacon rasher, half onion, 3 new potatoes and spinach. drank fruit juice
lunch: pasta with stir in sauce, brocolli, 2 chicken drumsticks.
office: 2 coffees
dinner: toast, chicken, tangerine, jaffa cakes!
