I'm under 11 stone now, and eleven stone has long been my target weight. It strikes me in the circumstances that the fact I weighed over 2 stone more than that for at least the last decade is neither here nor there.
Also, as 11 stone is 69.8532kg (70 in the old money). All I have to do here on in is jump on a scales regularly and take action if it says more than 11st or more than 70kg.
Hence from tomorrow, only how many pounds more or less than 154 will appear as the title of my daily posts.
