Worth the Weight

30 squats, 30 deadlifts, 30 barbell rows, 30 incline bench presses, 30 pull ups, 30 shoulder presses, 30 incline sit ups with twists.


breakfast: muesli with yogurt
lunch: spag bol (from the caff, thus "old school" with cheddar not Parmesan)
dinner: steak and chips at The Castle.
booze: bitter and stout at The Castle.
