30 deadlifts, 30 incline bench presses, 30 barbell rows, 30 squats, 30 pull ups, 30 shoulder presses, 30 incline sit ups with twists, brief stretch.

lunch: lamb curry and rice
dinner: channa dhal, chicken curry and fried rice
supper: pork pie, baked beans, jammy dodgers
