The Main Event

mid day: 30 deadlifts, 30 squats, 30 barbell rows, 30 bench presses, 30 pull ups, 30 shoulder presses, 30 incline sit ups with twists, brief stretch.

evening: social game of 4o over cricket

breakfast: muesli and yogurt
lunch: duck, noodles and oriental vegetables
dinner: sasuages in French bread at cricket
supper: chicken breast
booze: end of cricket to closing time of Stella at Wimbledodon Rugby club
weight: 83.1kg
