I'm always aching after Muay Thai Monday nights so - now that my little boy's Thursday lessons have finished for the summer - I have decided to swap my swimming to Tuesdays and take a sauna afterwards. Yesterday's swim wasn't as sluggish as the time seems to indicate as the pool was a lot more crowded than I'm used to.

I have been remiss and on the piss for a couple of weeks now.
I am fatter, lazier and more unwell than I have been for quite some time. Guess what ? The pub beckons tonight.
Training, painful, exertive, punishing training starts again next week. I will also cut down on the booze which has poisoned me quite significantly of late !
