Thrown a day off training by life yesterday as I had to stay at home for the afternoon waiting for a plumber and take the New Ninja Bomber to the new Fantastic Four movie in the evening.

Ben liked it. I supported Ioan Gruffudd because his is Cardiffian, but other than that I could take or leave it.
