It all adds up

30 bench presses, 30 deadlifts, 30 barbell shoulder presses, 30 pull ups, 30 leg presses, 30 barbell rows, 30 incline sit ups, roundhouse stretches.

breakfast: corned beef pasty
lunch: sweet chilli chicken and vegetable fried rice

dinner: oat cakes and stilton
snack: cereal and fruit
booze: red wine, 2 Stellas
weight: 13 st 6 (tsk, tsk)
