3x10 left and right oblique raises then prone cobra on same equipment
3x10 curls and tricep extensions with 10kg dumbbells



breakfast: porridge with dried apricots
lunch: tuna and sweetcorn baguette
dinner: egg mayonnaise and sausage in a wholemeal pitta
booze: 6 Stellas, one glass red
weight: 82.2 kg
