I went to the dentist for a check up this morning. To my surprise, this included having my pulse and blood pressure checked. My pulse is 61 which it good, but my blood pressure is 151/82 which is a little high. I am fine on all the life style factors for the latter except for drinking too much and being a tad heavier than I should be. Should this be addressed?
