Lunch Break
Trained for an hour with Gordon over lunchtime.
Yesterday:
breakfast: bacon, egg and toast
snack: cashew nuts and pear
lunch: burger and jerk pork (BBQ)
dinner: French blue cheese and a bottle of shiraz
other booze: 2 Stellas
weight: 13 st 9
