Back to work

Went for a run this morning, but figures are bit squiffy as I restarted the timer by accident later.
Yesterday's Fuel
snack: banana
breakfast: merguez sausages, pitta, salad and tahini
lunch: liver, chips and salad
dinner: pork stir fried with chinese veg then yogurt
booze: none
weight: 13 at 8
