Back to Basics

I wouldn't be surprised if I've lost some strength with all the aerobic training of the last quarter. Hence to the gym lunchtime for some compound exercises. 3 sets each of

bench presses
deadlifts
barbell shoulder press
pull ups
squats
barbell rows

Bulking up prior to the Springfield ? Is that wise ?
