Roped In
6 lots of 2 mins skipping followed by 2 mins 10kg dumbbell curls. (The curls should have been heavy bag work, but someone was on it.)
tuna, sweetcorn and salad baguette
pasta with ham, pea and cream sauce
1 Stella, 1 white
