Seconds Away

Carcass hauled onto the recline bike again; 20 minutes again. I seem to recall that I would breeze through that as a warm up not so very long ago - it is not as though the pace and level is set higher than embarrassing!
Still, 20 minutes making the heart beat a little faster and allowing the lactic acid to burn my thighs is better than no minutes.
I wonder what equipment I will use to underwhelm myself next ?
