Ups and Downs

Somewhere between 3 and 4 mile run - though the distance was lower the speed was up a little so the pain and hopefully the benefit was increased.
New horizons beckon and the new challenge starts today.
Press ups - 6,6,4,4,5 ( I max'd out at 5!!!).
Tuesday update : Shoulders, arms and legs aching in beauteous harmony!
