10 sets of 5 assisted alternating pull ups and 'Brian Jacks' dips
Balance sitting on a gym ball then rolling down it to my shoulders so as to stretch my lower back.
You are right to stretch. I rushed through my cardio with no warm down yesterday and my legs are full of knots this morning. I guess I am no spring chicken.
