Electric Kool-Aid

Bike, hills, level 12, 30 minutes. Tried to maintain 80rpm but failed due to acid build up worse than yesterday.
PowerPlate experiments as a rest.
Coture 30 kilo barbell circuit x 2 (with 4 reps on lunges rather than 8).

Pull up bar - though I could manage only singles without the assistance knee pad and I just dangled for most of my time looking as though I was stretching on an invisible rack.
