30 Minutes cycle level 11 interval hills training.
Been a while and I pushed myself to the extent that my hips and thighs ached. This caused a certail Elvisity in my gait as I dismounted and made my way to the changing rooms and on to the pool !!
Far too much food but no booze.
This morning I was 14 Stone 11 lb.
My kit is in the car !!
