I went all Henry V last night and with my courage to the sticking point I reentered the gym !

1km treadmill run - 10-14KmH
A few concentration curls and a few curl and presses.
I am extremely out of shape - unless you consider a large beer gut to be a pleasing aspect ?
Loads of food but no booze.
Time to get back on track !
