Nil through lack of time and opportunity.
Before work - drop off Lara. Lunchtime - Pick up Georgia from her friends house and drop off. After work - drop off Jo to Theresa's the other side of Swansea - back home by 8.00 leave at 9.15 to go and pick Jo back up.
