30 35kg kneeling cable crunches
3 x 10 30kg cable pushdowns
3 x 10 ez bar curls 12.5kg on each end of metal sleeved bar

squat and kneeling stretches, first wrestler's bridge for many a year

roast pork and crackling
4 cans Stella
