Halo Again

Bike - 10min hills level 10 - 80 rpm
X-Train - 10min level 22 - 50 rpm
Assisted (30Kg) pull ups and presses.
Some power plate stances by way of massage and cool-down.
No real sets, no real burn, just a re-introduction to the taste and feel of my brand of lactic acid.
