Hoorah !
Gym for luncheon.
20 minutes X-Trainer, hills level 11, 4.5Km
20 minutes rec-cycle, hills level 11, 7.0Km
I hope to hit the ground in June at some semblence of fitness.
Happy with the restart - compulsive behaviour help me now !
