Not long as I only did three lifts.

I wanted to get over the psychological barrier of benching my target bodyweight and of squatting and deadlifting one and a half times bodyweight.

120kg is only a bag of chips short of 19 stone, so it is alot of effort loading, unloading and moving the bar around never mind lifting.

In future I may try a Gym Jones style challnge of how many times I can deadlift 120kg in 20 mins or something similar.
