6:30 am 1 hour Bikram with Aurelie Studholme. Lying down on the mat before it started I could feel stiffness in my pecs. Yesterday's bench presses perhaps? As I work my way back I have taken to setting up next to a pillar so I can steady myself on it if and when balancing poses start to go wrong.
