Making the Weight

3x8 85kg deadlifts
3x8 85kg squats
3x10 40kg incline bench presses
3x10 40kg bent over barbell rows
3x10 12kg simultaneous dumbbell incline curls
3x10 12kg dumbbell lying triceps extensions
3x10 incline sit ups.


bacon, eggs and toast
spicy lamb with vegetable fried rice
cheese and ham sarnies and sausage rolls
3 Stellas, 1 glass red, 3 Fosters
no scales on tour
