Almost nothing
Bicep curls
Tricep Curls
Forward arm raise
lateral raise
bench press ( 2 x Dumbbells )
fly
lunges
dumbbell squats
All with very light 12Kg bells and repeated just a few times - was more of a strech than a programme.
I am weak !

push crunches
to your dumbell routine?
