Pressed for Time

30 bench presses, 30 barbell rows, 30 deadlifts, 30 squats, 30 pull ups, 30 barbell shoulder presses, 30 incline sit ups, roundhouse stretches.

breakfast: hoi sin chicken and noodles
lunch: chicken and cauliflower
dinner: chicken biriani
weight: 13 st 3
booze: 3 Stellas, red wine

  2. Not till I cut the booze down. I sometimes wonder what I would weigh in at if I was teetotal. That evening workout was fuelled by a couple of afternoon stiffeners for example.
