Another Day at the Office

30 bench presses, 30 barbell rows, 30 deadlifts, 30 squats, 30 pull ups, 30 barbell shoulder presses, 30 incline sit ups.

breakfast: wholemeal muffins with soft cheese and smoked salmon.
dinner: Colombian Food
booze: evening out worth of lager and red wine
weight: 13 st 3
