Food for Thought

330 ml can of Stella = 133kcal = 2.7 km on exercise bike level 15
500 ml can of Stella = 202kcal = 4.0 km
pint of Stella = 229 kcal = 4.6 km

If I didn't drink I'd probably be thin as a twig.

    Stella certainly seems to provide a huge amount of energy. Why I have been distance training for some years without ever realising !
